根据《上海第二工业大学外国留学生事务办公室工作流程》，经留学生个人申请、专业学部学院和留学生办公室审核、学校外国留学生奖学金评审委员会评议，现就2020-2021学年上海第二工业大学外国留学生奖学金评定结果公示如下。

According to the “Work Procedure of the Officeof International Student Affairs of Shanghai Polytechnic University”, based on the applications of individual internationalstudents, the examination by relevant academic departments andthe Officeof International Student Affairsandthe decision by the Shanghai Municipal Government ScholarshipReview Committee of SSPU, the scholarship evaluation result for internationalstudents of Shanghai Polytechnic University for academic year 2020-2021 isannounced as follows.

　　一、评审原则Evaluation Policy

　　1、为鼓励品学兼优的外国留学生努力学习、全面发展，我校2020-2021学年继续设立B类奖学金。

In order to encourage internationalstudents who are both excellent in study and behavior to continually study hardand develop in an all-round way, our university will continue to award Type Bscholarships to qualified candidates in the 2020-2021 academic year.

　　2、2020-2021学年外国留学生奖学金总分构成继续包括：平均成绩绩点占60%，参加学校组织的各类课外活动（含遵守疫情防控管理制度）占10%，所在学院及相关管理部门评价占30%。

Criteria for Scholarship Evaluation forAcademic Year 2020-2021 are as follows: Grade Point Average (GPA) accounts for60%; Compliance with epidemic prevention and control management regulations andparticipating in extra-curricular activities organized by the universityaccounts for 10%; evaluation given by relevant academic and administrationdepartments (including obeying the regulations related to epidemic preventionand control management) accounts for 30%.

　　3、外国留学生有不及格课程或被处分者不能申请奖学金（不包括在评审截止日期前所有课程考试合格者及处分被取消者）。

International students who have failed inone or more courses in current academic year or previous academic years, or whohave been taken disciplinary action against, are not eligible to apply for scholarships(not including those who have passed all failed courses and those whosedisciplinary actions have been cancelled before the scholarship evaluationdeadline).

　　4、2020级新生的奖学金的评定结果另行公布。

The scholarship evaluation result for newstudents of year 2020 will be announced separately.

　　二、评审结果Evaluation Result

　　1、按照以上原则，ALIKHAN RAKHMET等44名同学获得B类上海市外国留学生政府奖学金。

Accordingto the above evaluation policy, ALIKHAN RAKHMET andother43 students have been awarded Type B Shanghai Government Scholarship forInternational Students.

　　2、YUSUPOVULUGBEK等13名同学获得B类上海第二工业大学外国留学生奖学金。

YUSUPOV ULUGBEKand other 12 students have awarded Type B Shanghai PolytechnicUniversity Scholarship for International Students.

现予公示。

Theevaluation result is hereby announced.
